14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, tags, and accompanying materials.
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Vertex Leather reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the returned product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or shipping error, Vertex Leather will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Free Shipping Orders

If your original purchase qualified for Free Shipping and you return part of the order, causing the remaining order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Any applicable return shipping charges may also be deducted where permitted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been used or shows signs of wear.
  • The item has been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
  • The return request is submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
  • The product was customized or personalized.
  • The item was marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.

Please note that promotional or limited-edition products may be subject to separate return conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Our team will review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Product Warranty

Most Vertex Leather products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.

Some products may carry a different warranty period, which will be specified on the product page.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Vertex Leather may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product,
  • Replace it with the same model, or
  • Replace it with an equivalent product of similar value.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or misuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme conditions
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Improper storage or maintenance
  • Damage caused during handling by third parties after delivery

Natural aging of genuine leather, including softening, texture changes, or the development of a unique patina, is considered a normal characteristic and not a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a verified product defect.
